Cybertruck Has Enough Power to Charge a Tesla

Cybertruck has enough power to charge a Tesla, the company claims. This makes a lot of sense considering the iconic truck should blow your mind. In addition, the company has already made a couple of hints about this ability.

We have previously heard that some future Tesla car models will receive bi-directional charging. This was confirmed by Senior Vice President of Powertrain and Energy Engineering Drew Baglino during Investor Day in March 2023. However, the company did not make an announcement about which car would get this capability first.

Now we have a hint. @greggertruck/Twitter shared the information that a child received an interesting coloring book in one of the Tesla service centers. On one of the drawings, which was offered for coloring, the inscription was written “Cybertruck.” Above it was the inscription: “Cybertruck has enough power to charge a Tesla.”

Although this is just a coloring book, it can also be a hint. Tesla has repeatedly hinted at various features and even car models in the past, so it is very likely that this is one of them. As such, there are high chances that Cybertruck will be the company’s first vehicle to be able to offer car-to-car charging. In addition, at the presentation of the steel beast in 2019, Tesla said that the car will have a charger located in the bed.
